Childrens Book Reviews – Miss Sigrid

Reviews of a select number of books suitable for your children to read

For ages 2-5. The Foggy Foggy Forest is a book loved by all ages. It is exciting and thrilling as children try to imagine what is in the shadows. I personally love that it encourages the use of emotions in a story and questions the children if they think something is silly, funny or scary. I give it 5 out of 5 stars!

For ages 1-3. This silly story of how all the “baby” alphabet letters climb to the top of the tree and fall down and get hurt, but never mind – mummies and daddies come to the rescue. This is a great story for kids who love to rhyme and sing. It would make a great addition to your library and I give it 3 out of 5 stars.

For ages 3-7. This magical story tells the tale of a lion cub, trying to find where he fits in the world. The bright and exciting pictures keep the readers wondering what’s going on in the background. This story is great for inquisitive children. A great classic to introduce the jungle and wild animals to your child. I give it 5 out of 5 stars.
